1. Use of Site and Services

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, course materials (Academy), and software, is the property of Qualibolt Technologies and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not use our branding without express written consent.

3. Department-Specific Terms

QualiBolt Academy: Course materials are for personal use only. Certificates represent completion and do not guarantee employment.
Software Services: Scope, deliverables, and payments are defined in separate Service Agreements (SOW).
Digitals (Infrastructure): Equipment rentals are subject to stock availability and separate leasing agreements.
Smart Housing: We act as a facilitator connecting Societies with Vendors. We are not liable for the actions of third-party vendors, though we vet them strictly.

4. Limitation of Liability

Qualibolt Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kalyan, Maharashtra.
